Case Report

A 66 year old BF presented to her physician with complaints of weakness and fatigue for 4 months, progressive nausea and vomiting for the same duration and an increasingly severe back ache for 1 month.

On physical examination, she had grade 2 pallor. Palpation over the spine evoked severe localized tenderness over T6-T8. There was no organomegaly, no palpable breast lesions, and no focal neurological deficit.
