19. Cerebellum, Organizing Spontaneous Intraparenchymal Hemorrhage - Gross
This hemorrhage is organizing because there has been partial resorption of the blood and because of the orange-brown discoloration due to hemosiderin deposition. Most pathologists agree that hemosiderin does not appear until a hemorrhagic lesion has been present for at least five days.
