21. Brain, Arteriovenous Malformation - Gross
Although an AVM can have hemorrhage, it can be seen even on gross
inspection that this is a mass of abnormal vessels rather than
hemorrhagic brain parenchyma. Compare the gross appearance of this
arteriovenous malformation (AVM) with that of a spontaneous
intracerebral hemorrhage.
