4. Fallopian Tube - Low Power
There is a massive inflammatory infiltrate of both the mucosa and
muscular wall of the fallopian tube. Note that the lumen is virtually
obscured by an outpouring of inflammatory cells. Compare with the
micrographs of normal fallopian tube. Why does this patient have
leukocytosis?
